When Apply now runs, you see the filled application form itself — a screenshot of the real form, with where each value came from — and while the bot is still earning your trust, nothing is sent until you approve it.

When the employer confirms the submission, the run says so and you get a receipt by email. Your applications keep the record of what was sent and when.
