Recruiter Screen (Pro+)
How a recruiter or ATS screener reads your résumé — and the fixes that move it.
What it shows
Recruiter Screen, in your Library, reads your résumé the way a recruiter or an ATS screener would and grades it, then lists what to do first: the specific fixes that move the grade, most important first.
If you keep more than one résumé, choose which one to screen. Screen it again after you edit it to see what changed.
