Where to ask
This help center and the Help page's questions and answers cover every plan. On Pro+, the support chat in the corner of the app answers straight away from this help center, and labels those answers Assistant (AI).
When you need a person, choose Talk to a human: the team is notified and replies in the same chat, and you get an email when they do.
