1. Digital delivery only
Zyphon Solutions Private Limited sells software subscriptions and related digital services. There are no physical goods, no shipping charges, and no courier timelines — access is delivered electronically to your PursuitLane account.
2. When access is delivered
A paid plan activates on your account automatically when the payment provider confirms your payment — normally within minutes of a successful charge. Limits, credits, and features update without any action needed from you.
3. If access has not arrived
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@pursuitlane.com with the payment reference. We will either activate the plan or refund the charge in full under our Cancellation & Refunds policy — a paid-but-not-activated account is always our problem to fix, never yours.
4. International customers
The service is delivered over the internet worldwide. Prices, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
