Preparing an application

Open a role from your feed to see its page: the verdict and why, your fit, and the posting's skills split into the ones your background covers and the ones it does not. The posting itself is shown as a readable document.

If the posting has closed, the page tells you before you click out to the employer. On Pro+, Research (the company's name) runs a live web search for pay, stability, and culture.

One action writes a résumé and a cover letter tailored to that role. Afterwards the page shows which of the role's skills are on your résumé, which you have but left off, and the real gaps.

Your prepared materials are saved: come back later and they are still there, with an option to rewrite them. View or download the résumé as a PDF from the same page.
