How do I get started with PursuitLane?
Create a free account, confirm your email, then open Settings to define your target roles, locations, remote preference, and companies. PursuitLane uses those to search supported platforms and rank roles by fit so you can start with the strongest matches.
Which job platforms does PursuitLane search?
It searches LinkedIn plus major ATS and career-site systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Jobvite, BambooHR, Workable, Personio) and startup boards including Wellfound, YC Jobs, Remote OK, and Hacker News. For anything outside those, add it as a manual lead so it stays in the same workflow.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free tier is included and does not require a credit card. You only add billing when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Pro+.

What is a Job Fit Report?
It is a graded apply-or-skip verdict for a role: PursuitLane detects the role archetype, scores five weighted dimensions against your profile, and produces an A–F grade with a recommendation. A sub-threshold role never spends an auto-apply credit, though you can always override the recommendation.
How does Ghost-Job Radar know a posting is suspicious?
It scores observable signals — freshness, description specificity, salary transparency, and seniority contradictions — into High-Confidence, Verify-First, or Ghost-Job-Risk. It is a non-accusatory heads-up, not a verdict about the company.
What does the Resume Match Rate tell me?
It scores your latest resume against a job description for ATS keyword coverage and lists the specific keywords you are missing, so you know exactly what to add before submitting.

Does PursuitLane apply to jobs for me automatically?
Pro+ includes guarded auto-apply for higher-confidence roles. It is gated by your fit grade and a pace you control, every run is reviewable, and a human stays in the loop. It is built for quality, not mass submission.
Can I trust that an application actually went through?
Yes. Every automated submission writes a timestamped audit trail and stores the confirmation screenshot. If a run hits friction it is flagged for recovery and retried safely — never hidden. You can open any application later to see the proof.
How does the Chrome extension work?
On any job page, the extension can capture the role into your pipeline, tailor your resume against it, and autofill the application form from your profile. It authenticates with a revocable token you mint in Settings, not your login cookies.

What plans are available?
There are three: Free, Pro, and Pro+. Paid plans use monthly limits and credits to keep the product affordable while protecting quality and platform reliability. See the Pricing section on the home page for what each includes.
How do I change my email or password?
Open Settings → Account & security. You can change your password directly, and you can change your sign-in email — the change only takes effect after you confirm it via the link we email to the new address.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
On the sign-in page, choose 'Forgot password', enter your email, and we will send a secure reset link. For your security, the link expires in one hour.
Privacy & security
How your data is protected.
Is my data encrypted?
Your resume, its parsed contact details, your name, your support and Copilot chats, and any connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. See the Security and Privacy pages for details.
Do you sell my data?
No. PursuitLane does not sell personal information to data brokers. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (hosting, database, auth, email, AI processing), under their own terms.
How do I delete my account or data?
Contact support at support@pursuitlane.com to request deletion of eligible account data. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, legal, or backup reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
