PursuitLane is operated by Zyphon Solutions Private Limited (CIN U62099TS2026PTC219703), which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Incorporated in India on 20 July 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013.

This Privacy Policy explains how PursuitLane handles personal information when you use our website, account system, dashboard, AI career tools, communications, and related services.

If a feature links to a third-party job board, payment processor, OAuth provider, email provider, or AI provider, that third party may also process information under its own policy.

We may collect account details, contact information, authentication data, resumes, job preferences, application history, follow-up notes, generated documents, usage logs, billing status, support requests, and device or browser metadata.

When you connect OAuth or use email-based features, we process the tokens or identifiers needed to complete authentication and maintain a secure session.

We use personal information to operate the product, authenticate users, score role fit, generate requested materials, maintain application pipelines, provide analytics, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve features, but we do not sell personal information to data brokers.

Some features send relevant prompts, job descriptions, resume excerpts, application context, or user instructions to configured AI providers to generate outputs you request.

You should not upload information you are not authorized to process. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before sending them to employers or contacts.

We share information with service providers that help us run the product, including hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payments, observability, analytics, and AI processing providers.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you subscribe, Razorpay collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. We receive what we need to run your subscription: your email, the plan, payment status, the payment method type, and the last four digits of a card.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We retain account and workspace information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of eligible account data. Some records may remain where retention is required for billing, security, legal, or backup reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.

You can manage many workspace details directly in the product. For requests that cannot be completed in-product, contact us through the footer links.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure cookies, environment-based secrets, and encryption for sensitive resume fields where configured.

No online service is perfectly secure. You should use strong credentials, keep devices updated, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

PursuitLane is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used by anyone who cannot legally enter into these terms in their jurisdiction.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

PursuitLane and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism — when moving personal information across borders.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of personal information and may opt out of any 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can sign in with Google or GitHub: our authentication provider receives your basic profile and verified email to create or match your account. Separately, you can connect a third-party account for a specific feature, where we request only the access that feature needs: LinkedIn (basic profile and email, to confirm identity and prefill applications) and Google Calendar (read-only calendar events, to surface interview scheduling). Access tokens we store are encrypted at rest, and we never request repository write or private-repository access.

PursuitLane's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security or legal reasons, or as strictly necessary to provide a feature you requested.

You can disconnect any connected account at any time — which revokes the token we store — and you can also revoke access from the provider's own security settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law evolve; the 'last updated' date above reflects the current version, and we will flag material changes in-product or by email.

To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, contact us through the support address in the site footer. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If a privacy or data request is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate it to our grievance officer.
