We may collect account details, contact information, authentication data, resumes, job preferences, application history, follow-up notes, generated documents, usage logs, billing status, support requests, and device or browser metadata.

When you connect OAuth or use email-based features, we process the tokens or identifiers needed to complete authentication and maintain a secure session.

We use personal information to operate the product, authenticate users, score role fit, generate requested materials, maintain application pipelines, provide analytics, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve features, but we do not sell personal information to data brokers.

Some features send relevant prompts, job descriptions, resume excerpts, application context, or user instructions to configured AI providers to generate outputs you request.

PursuitLane is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used by anyone who cannot legally enter into these terms in their jurisdiction.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
