Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines safe, lawful, and reputation-conscious use of PursuitLane's AI and automation features.

1. Quality-first use

PursuitLane is built for focused, candidate-controlled job search workflows. Use the service to improve relevance, preparation, and follow-through, not to mass-submit weak or misleading applications.

You are responsible for ensuring any application, message, resume, or outreach you send is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the recipient.

2. No spam or deception

You may not use PursuitLane to spam recruiters, impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, fabricate employment history, evade platform rules, or send deceptive outreach.

Generated content must be reviewed and edited by you before use. Do not present AI-generated claims as true unless you have verified them.

3. Automation boundaries

Automation features must be used only for applications and workflows you are authorized to complete. You must respect employer instructions, job-board terms, robots policies, rate limits, and applicable law.

We may limit, throttle, or disable automation that creates deliverability, abuse, platform-integrity, legal, or candidate-reputation risk.

4. Prohibited technical activity

You may not upload malware, probe non-public systems, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, scrape unlawfully, reverse engineer restricted components, or interfere with other users' workspaces.

Security research must follow responsible disclosure expectations and avoid data access, persistence, exfiltration, or service disruption.
