Send, Ask or Cut
A one-line call on every role, with the reason and your fit.
What the verdict says
Every role in your feed carries a verdict. Send means a strong overlap with your background. Ask means a partial overlap, or a role one level above the one you are targeting, and the call is yours. Cut means the role is on a management track you did not choose, well above or below your level, posted so long ago it is probably filled, or too weak a fit to be worth sending.
Each verdict comes with one sentence naming the fact that decided it, and the role's fit score. It is worked out from facts PursuitLane already has — your fit score, the role's seniority, and the posting's age — not guessed by a model, so the same facts always give the same call. A Cut stays in the feed, tagged, rather than disappearing silently.
On the role's page
Open a role and the same verdict leads the page, followed by which of the posting's skills your résumé already covers and which are not in your background, so you see the gap before you apply.
On Pro+, Apply now is offered only for roles at or above your apply threshold. You can always apply yourself, and a human is always in the loop before anything is submitted.
