Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of PursuitLane, including the website, dashboard, AI-generated career tools, billing flows, and related application workflow features.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use PursuitLane on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity performed under your session.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information. You should promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or revoke access if a device or account is compromised.

PursuitLane provides fit scoring, resume tailoring, interview preparation, salary guidance, follow-up drafts, outreach drafts, and analytics as decision-support tools. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, recruiter responses, or hiring decisions.

You remain responsible for reviewing all generated materials before sending them and for deciding whether a role, company, compensation range, or application action is appropriate for your circumstances.

You retain ownership of resumes, cover letters, job targets, profile details, uploaded documents, application notes, and other content you submit to the service.

You grant PursuitLane the limited right to process that content to operate the service, generate requested outputs, maintain your workspace, provide support, enforce safety controls, and improve reliability.

PursuitLane currently presents three public plans: Free, Pro, and Pro+. Paid plans use monthly limits and credits to keep the product affordable while protecting quality and platform reliability.

Fees, plan limits, feature availability, and credit amounts may change with reasonable notice. Unless a checkout page states otherwise, paid fees are charged through our payment processor and are non-refundable for the active billing period.

Automation features are intended for higher-confidence applications and must not be used for spam, mass submission, deceptive activity, or attempts to bypass third-party platform rules.

We may throttle, pause, or block automation when usage appears unsafe, abusive, technically unstable, or inconsistent with candidate-controlled review expectations.

The service can integrate with or link to third-party services such as job boards, company application systems, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, AI providers, and analytics or infrastructure providers.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. PursuitLane is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rate limits, content, or hiring-system decisions.

You may not misuse PursuitLane to generate deceptive applications, impersonate others, scrape systems unlawfully, harass recruiters or employers, upload malware, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or violate applicable law.

You also may not use the service to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other legally significant decisions about third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates security, legal, abuse, payment, or platform-integrity risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

The service is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PursuitLane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the product, law, or our practices change. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as an in-product notice or email.

Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. The 'last updated' date above reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of PursuitLane is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you.

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
